Tonight at 19.00u CET our dear friend Franky aka Clipje passed away at the age of 48.
Clipje was very involved in BraveHeart and he was right from the start in 2005 present.
During the years he became not only a online friend but also in reallive thanks to meetings and mini meetings.
Clipje was Member and after that Admin right till we stopped playing ET with our own server.
After the ET period of BH he stayed in contact and was still always asking about BraveHeart and its members.
Last week wednesday he came into hospital with short off breath due to his hearth failing.
At thursday evening he spoke for the last time with his relatives and then he passed into a coma.
At the weekend there where some complications and they stopped all medication.
But Clipje was still fighting as the brave man that he was.
Tonight the fight ended for him.
As BraveHeart we wanna to give a flowerpiece at his funural.

I want to thank you for an unbelievable amount of evenings full of fun-filled entertainment with BH-ET,playing till deep in the night side by side with you and your brother and me as a starting player,you were watching and taking care of everyones needs including my own and now to my regret you have left us,but you will never leave our thoughts my friend.
You taught me so many things,not only skills and knowledge about our beloved et game,but also what perseverance in real life means.
Will miss you dearly,4ever your pal

The BHL wot community organized a spontaneous salutshot for Franky.
We are gratefull for the respect you gave franky thx for that.

I'd have prefer to pass by on the BH site in other circumstances... 
So sad to hear this loss, that is far too early to pass away...
I'll keep very good memories of Franky and the long times we shared online. Though I didn't met him in real life, I still experienced that he really was a nice person.
My deepest condolences and thoughts to the family and friends that loved him and especially to Nikki and Johnwolf in this hard time.

I knew he was doing bad but you always hope for the best..

I've only played with you a few times, and never met you in real life,
but that doesn't mean that you don't deserve a proper goodbye.
It's very sad and shocking to know people die when they still
had much to live.

Just by chance I though let me go have a quick look on the Braveheart website and then
I read this very sad and shocking news about the passing of Franky/Clipje.
First of all I want to express my deepest condolences to Nikki, JonWolf and his family.
Clipje was a very special member of the BH Legion that made it worthful and fun to be part of.
He was one of the players that saw it as important to play in a team to achieve the maps goals
apart playing with fun. It was always a pleasure to run and jump through the maps with him in ET.
I remember a lot of nights when Clipje and I were the last ones leaving the server after funny
battle evenigs and, if not doing a last sniper match, then wishing good night to each other.
Thank you Clipje for the good times on the BH server. I will remember it forever with pleasure
but now also with sorrow because you couldn't win your battle for life.

Hello BH members,
it's long time ago i played ET with you guys. I remeber a very good time with you.
4 that i thought by myselve to visite the forum to say HELLO... and then i read this sad, sad news.
I remember Clipje as a friendly, patient player.
With this i want to make my lately condolences to Nikki and the rest of his family! Also to the BH friends!
