Heya Friends,
Time has come to think about the BraveHeart Meeting 2011.
If we wanne go to the same location we need to be early with reservations.
The meeting will be on 11/12/13 novenber 2011
If we have 30 people coming costs will be around 110 euros.
final calculations will be done if we know how many people will come.
They offered us a nice price per person based on 30 and more people attending.
2 nights € 34,00 p.p.
Toerist tax ( 2 nights x €0,90) € 1,80 p.p.
Catering: € 41,00 p.p. (2 times diner and 2 times brunch)
Totaal: € 76,80 p.p.
we think this is a very nice price.
BUT thats of course is not the total price for the weekend cause beer,booze^^ and groceries is not included.
We looked at our groceries from last year and we think that we can keep it almost the same wich gives us the prize from
110 euro's per person.
We think this is a very good price per person, given the fact that it is from friday to sunday.
This is an all inclusive price! meaning:
Free drinks (beer/booze/sodas/juices/milk/coffee and more) for the whole weekend!
Free food ( 2 diners/2 brunch/snacks/fruits/cookies/chocolade/and lots more) for the whole weekend!
2 nights there.
For this price tho, you have to help with cleaning on sunday and mop the place or els they will fee us 150 euros for cleaning.
I say this now, becuz i dont want that 2 people are left to cleanup the place on sunday...if you come..you also help out cleaning!

Instructions!! :
To be part of this great event you need to do the following things:
1: post your name in a pm to BlueAngel, BomberBabe or post a reply here.
2: transfer 60 euros to the BH banckaccount.
3: send an email to with ur adress and some1 to call if something happens to you.
4: you can signup till 31 oktober 2011 after that..bad luck.
5: you need to pay a 60 euro deposit and it has to be in on 31 oktober.
6: you can also pay the total in 1 time.
Payment instructions
there are 2 way off paying for the meeting.
1: you make an deposit from 60 euro's before 31 oktober and you pay 50 at the door.
2: You can also pay te full amount of 110 euro's , then you are done and dont have to pay at the door, wich is what we prefer because of administration reasons.
You can use this Banck account for the Meeting.
For people who transfer money to save for the meeting, please say that it is for the meeting.

More people wil also bring the price down, when this happens a refund can be returned to you.
We NEED 30 people at least to come otherwise im stuck with the the bill!
Also if u want u can bring someone with u friend, family or lover 
ofcourse same as last year: bring your computer with you!! we gonna have a LAN party also

Doubtful at best. Took a $100K US loss on our house in California. Trying to find a new house in Kansas. Took a reduction in salary. Not good times for Robo.  |

Sorry to say, I can't come. Would have been nice to see you guys in person, but that weekend is Remembrance Sunday in the UK and not a date I can change!

This year is not possible for me becaus my Computer still suckz!
And I need a new machine! So I spend my whole money for this...and I think this much important for me...2.6 GHz Dual and and a Nvid Card with 516mb and 1.5gm drr2 ram is still not enough for new games so I try to get my new machine for next year so I can enjoy next meeting with a nice computer there! :D

Hey guys,
now my answer for joining the meeting this year. I can say 100% "I cant come". I have a big fixproblem with my scooter 50 ccm and spend all Money for this one.I must have much new things to repair it. I can only come if anybobdy donate for me, but nobody can do this, so all hope left for the meeting . I hope you understand my situation  . I pray for the next year, I hope I can come then to the Meeting. But there are much new member who would join the Meeting. I wish you very much fun at the meeting and hope you have a good weekend this year.

I'm coming too.
Should know in the next few days if Amery is coming or not. We need permission from his headmistress for him to take 2 days off from school.
Last year we went by ferry from Hull to Rotterdam. This is a nice way to travel for us as we live in West Yorkshire in England. There will be 3 spare places in the car. If anyone wants to travel with us they would be very welcome. Please let me know sooner rather than later - for booking the ferry, including cabin spaces. |
